So I’ve been out of town forever and haven’t blogged or checked other blogs. Apparently I got tagged a while ago and it is now my duty to pass it on. I actually have fun reading other people’s when they get tagged so I’ll give it a whirl!
Here are 7 weird things about me…
7. I have this thing about my nose. I always push the tip up with my finger (when no one is watching) because I used to be afraid that it would hang down! Now I just do it kind of out of habit.
6. I LOVE movies! We have tons of DVD’s. I get on certain movie jags and I’ll watch the same one over and over. I usually chose them for the emotions and moods they elicit from me.
5. I LOVE books…and not just reading them. I actually love books just because they’re books. One day when we’re rich (ha ha) I’ll just spend money buying books…books I want to read, books I love, first edition books, old books…(On the same note, I like to listen to books on CD. But if I ever do, I can’t tell anyone I’ve “read” the book. I have the compulsion to clear it up that I haven’t actually read it, I just listened to it!)
4. If I had to choose to have a celebrity’s life it would be Faith Hill. If I had the guts to just take on a celebrity’s style in my own life, it would be a modest version of Gwen Stefani…I love her!
3. I eat cold cereal all the time. I almost always eat it for breakfast and when I don’t feel like eating anything else I eat it for lunch or dinner or a late-night snack!
2. Every Sunday I have the urge to keep my sacrament cup! I secretly hope that my kids will put up a fight to keep theirs and I’ll just have to let them keep it. I always wanted to keep it when I was a kid and I guess I know I shouldn’t so I want to live vicariously through my kids! I know, WEIRD! I just like those tiny plastic cups. I guess I could just buy some…
And just when you thought I couldn’t get any weirder…
1. When I am out in the woods or the mountains or somewhere like that, I have this fear that I’m going to discover a dead body! I think this started in nursing school when they made us watch this video made by the medical examiner. In it there were so many times when the guy said something like, “This guy was discovered by a hiker…”
